7X 90-MINUTE GROUP WORKSHOP: by Jana

Each week’s online group coaching workshops will focus on a different topic relevant to mental health in the workplace (mindset, sleep, nutrition, fitness, stress, self-love), with an emphasis on connections and interdependencies. The workshops are conducted hot-seat style, so each week, you’ll have the opportunity to speak up and have your questions answered. Get ready for easy-to-apply but scientifically proven practical exercises and immediate breakthroughs in mental health in the workplace. Let’s create and sustain a healthy work environment that attracts and retains the best employees.

Let’s dive into what it’s all about…

WORKSHOP: mindset

You’ll learn how your mind is wired and how to steer it in any direction you choose. You’ll discover the most common underlying beliefs, attitudes, and fears that people experience in the world today. It’s no surprise that you’ll find yourself in many of them! I teach the science of the mind so you can begin to direct it the way you want, and share my first-hand insights on how to manifest your desires by clearly communicating your wishes to your mind.

The content of this module is the cornerstone for reprogramming your mind. Here, we begin to improve your mental health to create your best performance and well-being. Whether it’s getting a good night’s sleep, reaching your desired weight, or simply maintaining your composure at work, it’s all rooted in your mind, thoughts, and behaviours. Upgrading your autopilot, which has been stuck in its old system for years, is the key. Believe me – this upgrade is long overdue.

WORKSHOP: Sleep

Science shows that your mind and body can’t perform to their full potential if you’re sleep-deprived or simply not getting good quality sleep. Anyone who has pulled an all-nighter knows; you lack focus, you’ve got no energy, and you might even feel cold and hungry the next day. Mastering your sleep is crucial to keeping your metabolism going and efficiently regenerating your cells and creating new ones. Do have trouble falling asleep, to shut down? Do you wake up tired in the morning and feel drained throughout the day? In this workshop, you’ll learn all about the basics of sleep; what sleep actually is and why it’s so important; how you sleep, your chronotype, and how sleep patterns affect the body. Finally, we’ll tackle how to master your sleep, in quality and quantity, to achieve your highest well-being and best performance at the same time.

WORKSHOP: Nutrition

Learn the essentials about food: It is all about the what, when, how and why of your diet, or your food intake. What kinds of diets are there, and which one fits best with your lifestyle and goals? When should you eat? How do you know when you are really hungry? We explore the types of hunger, building healthy eating habits, and understanding you metabolism. We’re also going to look at nutrition hacks. It’s all about deepening your understanding of nutrition with the best knowledge of nutritional biology, psychology and habit formation to achieve fuss-free intuitive eating and sustained, healthy weight. You’ll learn how to reprogram yourself, how to notice, avoid and manage hunger and cravings, and how to align your food choices to create your ideal weight. The goal of this workshop is to create more awareness on eating freely, intuitively, and healthfully to support your body, feel your best and perform at a higher level than ever before.

WORKSHOP: Fitness

We’re looking at the what, when, how, and why of fitness training. What training options are there? What are they about, and how can you do them? What time of the day is best to work out? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

Why should you exercise? How does it actually benefit you? How should you exercise, and how much? We will also look at fitness hacks – to give you your motivation to move your body with ease. This workshop is really about taking you deeper into fitness with the best knowledge of science and practice for your best performance and lasting wellness.

WORKSHOP: Stress

‚Stress management‘ is an important adjusting screw in your mental health machine. ‚Stress‘ in itself is an artificially induced ‚disease‘ in our performance-oriented society that should not be underestimated. Stress goes hand-in-hand with anxiety, low self-confidence, perfectionism, out-of-control expectations, and more! When we are stressed, our bodies are put into ‚fight or flight‘ mode, the original survival mechanism. Today, we hardly ever experience life- threatening situations, yet our bodies are often in this mode, with other important functions such as sleeping and eating properly temporarily switched off. So, the question arises: how can we avoid stress and bring more harmony and serenity into everyday life?

WORKSHOP: Self-love

It’s time to forgive yourself for the past and live in gratitude for the present moment. I will teach you how to stop sabotaging yourself and show you how to embrace self-awareness and self-reflection. We will look at your current and future relationship with yourself and dive deep into your desires and the underlying reasons for them. Together, we look into the areas of abundance and freedom before delving into how you want to be, feel, think and act from now on. Become familiar with self-acceptance and self-esteem. Discover the law of attraction as well as emotional frequencies. And finally, I have a great bonus for you: some really great self-love and self-care practices for you to try – Because remember your well-being and your performance starts with the relationship you have with yourself.

WORKSHOP: Summary - Linking All Topics

This workshop serves

(A) To reinforce the knowledge, we have already acquired as the mind learns through repetition.

(B) To link and correspondingly deepen each focus topic (mind, sleep, nutrition, fitness, stress, self-love). We address the power of our thoughts, as well as the connection between success and well-being.

WORKSHOP: Workbook

Each workshop is accompanied by an individual workbook with exercises to grow your knowledge and further explore the topics we have touched on. Knowledge is power, but only if it translates into practice. That is why I emphasise implementation. The exercises and corresponding questions and feedback are brought into the following workshop for review and clarity.

Hypnotic Audios

Most of the work of your mind is not conscious, but subconscious. That’s up to 95%, which is a pretty high percentage. This means that 95% of your day-to-day life comes from a set of stored behaviours and emotional expressions. This unconsciously makes up your identity. Only 5% of your conscious mind works against the 95% of what you have stored in the unconscious. This is not to be underestimated! You are basically operating from a past way of being, on autopilot from yesterday. To initiate a long-lasting shift in your thinking and behaviour, I created a hypnotic audio to support you in the process of upgrading your autopilot.

About your Coach

I am passionate about supporting companies interested in taking the psychological and physiological well-being of their employees to the next level.

My goal is to foster (leadership) cultures where everyone’s potential is supported and unleashed through best mental health. In my work, I combine my personal experience working as a strategy consultant and corporate investor with my research as a scientist at the University of St Gallen, and my credentials as a certified hypnotherapist. Along with my knowledge, I know what it’s like to work in high-pressure, high-responsibility and
high-stress environments.
